Products
All items are handmade, so small variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade products and are not considered faults.
Some items are made to order or personalised specifically for you.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially for made-to-order items.
Returns & Cancellations
Standard items (non-custom)
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Custom or personalised items
Items that are made to order or personalised (for example, customised colours, sizes, names, or designs) cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues outside our control, such as postal delays or events beyond our reasonable control.
